Before sending a ticket

• For subscription status, use Restore Purchases in Gloss+ and confirm the same Apple Account is signed in.
• For Media Server connection problems, include the server version, iOS version, whether the address is local or public, and the exact error.
• Do not include passwords, API keys, Apple Account credentials, private certificates, or full payment-card information.

Billing and refunds

Apple processes App Store payments. You can manage subscriptions in Apple subscription settings and request eligible refunds through Apple. We can investigate entitlement or restore problems when you select “Purchase or subscription” above.
